We prepare all Cost Plans on the basis of detailed measurements. We do not rely on guess work, often associated with nominal historical cost per square metre figures.

During the preparation of the Bill of Quantities, we monitor electronically the cost of the project. We can track pricing at each stage of the job. Our detailed verification cost analysis process will flag any surprises you may encounter from third parties. We will examine and cross-reference the cost of the Project, establish it is in line with the Budget, to produce a real world Tender.
